• Creativity Inc.– any would-be creative or organizer should read this
• Breakneck
• It Doesn't Take a Hero: The Autobiography of General H. Norman Schwarzkopf
• Geek Heresy – reminded me that hard problems (generally) don’t have easy solutions

Fiction

• Stormlight Archive– a self-help book stretched into a vast fantasy series
• The Summer War
• Murderbot Chronicles
• Scholomance– read it as a teenager, and helped me understand evil as something people are driven to, instead of born with.
